Job description

  • Gathering and processing Data on Excel.
  • Assisting and supporting Management.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict adherence to guidelines.
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
  • Should be a TEAM PLAYER and flexible enough for multitasking.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
